About Me.
I'm a Film School teacher. I've taught countless students at both undergraduate and postgraduate level at Met Film School, in London.
I'm also a working screenwriter with feature film and TV credits.
My career has ranged from writing sitcoms and dramas in Los Angeles for NBC, Showtime and CBS to docudramas and feature films in the UK. I worked my way from lowly Runner through development jobs, AD positions and a few things in between. I've seen it all, from the writers room to the production office to the set and the edit suite.
Past work includes THE BAKER, currently available on Amazon Prime Video. I wrote and produced a TV series called SPY WARS. My next film is called BLUE BLOOD and will be shooting in the summer of 2026, with Chris Foggin (FISHERMAN'S FRIENDS, BANK OF DAVE) directing and Gail Egan (THE CONSTANT GARDENER, MR TURNER) producing. I've just completed and sold a script with my sometime writing partner, Mark Chappell (SEE HOW THEY RUN, IS THIS THING ON?) called THREE BIG BROTHERS. Co-writing has been an absolute blast and I'm hoping to do more of it in the future. I'm also casting a third film, called STEALING VENUS, which I'll be directing. It's been a busy few years getting these projects to this point! (Yes it can take years, but don't be put off!)

Teaching is something I'm passionate about. While I believe the best way to learn is by doing (if in doubt, WRITE!), it's essential to understand the theory and craft of screenwriting.
I wanted to bring what I know, what I've taught my students at film school, to a wider audience, in a way that's practical and fun and, by the end, has produced a tangible result - a feature film screenplay.
